1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zeVend, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Role of the Platform

We act solely as a booking and payment intermediary between users and independent third-party service providers.

We do not own, operate, control, or provide the listed services, including but not limited to:

  • Restaurants, bars, hotels, hostels, and guesthouses
  • Hair and beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, and dental clinics
  • Wellness and spa centers
  • Car and bike services
  • Tours, events & activities: horse trekking, rafting, boat trips, hiking, ziplining, tennis & padel
  • Rentals: cars, campers, and properties
  • Insurance services
  • Pet services
  • Cleaning services
  • Workspaces, coworking spaces, and real estate listings

Each provider is fully responsible for the services they offer.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Payments are processed in cash at the venue
  • Prices, availability, and service details are set by providers
  • A booking may be confirmed before payment is made
  • We may charge a service or platform fee

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each service provider
  • These policies are shown during the booking process
  • We are not responsible for provider refusals, partial refunds, or no-shows

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with provider rules and local laws
  • Arrive on time and behave appropriately
  • Not misuse the platform or harm providers or other users

6. Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for:

  • Service quality and safety
  • Licensing, permits, and insurance
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
  • Handling customer complaints related to their services

7. Medical, Insurance & High-Risk Activities Disclaimer

For services including:

  • Dental or medical treatments
  • Insurance products
  • Physical activities, tours, rentals, or animal-related services

You acknowledge:

  • Risks may exist
  • We do not provide medical, insurance, or professional advice
  • Participation is at your own risk
  • Any disputes or claims must be addressed directly with the provider

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, cancellations, or service failures
  • We are not responsible for acts or omissions of service providers
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Platform for the specific booking

9. Reviews & Content

  • Users may submit reviews and content
  • Content must be truthful and lawful
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

10. Account Suspension

  • Fraud or misuse
  • Violating these Terms
  • Harmful or abusive behavior

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and software belong to zeVend (ZEVEN TECH) and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Albania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
